Funciones:
• Manage the recruitment processes for new openings in different geographical areas – defining roles and candidate profiles, identifying great talent and ensuring a smooth recruitment process
• Proactively sourcing and pipelining candidates through various channels
• Support in the design and coordination of retail induction plans
• Assist the south Europe retail network in any matter related to HR
• Give support to the Retail HR Specialist in all the HR processes: temporary staff, reporting, salary revision, performance review and talent pool review
• Update of management tools: people database, reports and budgets
Requisitos:
• 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing for HQ/Office teams in Fashion
• Ability to plan, prioritise and execute on a large number of roles at the same time
• A strong understanding of recruitment as part of the overall employee experience, and ability to spot potential in candidates
• Ease in understanding the needs of various departments, able to challenge and suggest creative sourcing strategies when needed
• Acting as a great representative of LOEWE, leaving candidates with a positive impression
• Great attention to detail, even when working under pressure
• High level of English
Horario: Full Time ( M-TH) 09:00-18:30 and Fridays 09:00-15:00
