The job as Performance Manager will be in an international environment, in a newly created department with countless opportunities for development. The position requires someone with a strong desire to work and a strong focus on results as well as analysis. You will work directly with the marketing management in a creative, young and dynamic environment.
Funciones:
• Creation and implementation of B2C and B2B customer acquisition and awarness strategy. This requires previous experience and tangible results in paid media campaigns (SEM, social media, affiliate programme, programmatic, native, digital tv, digital radio, etc.). Knowledge in offline media is not required, but will be a plus.
• Management of onpage and offpage SEO strategy.
• Mastery of campaign tracking with knowledge of pixels, utms, etc.
• Creation of customer retention actions.
• Planning, optimisation, and management of campaigns along with CRO testing.
• Optimising the sales funnel, both acquisition and retention, through UX insights extraction and data analysis.
• Designing and executing comprehensive initiatives to accelerate and scale digital business.
• Creating promotions and monitoring actions to ensure they work.
• Performing traffic analysis reports, sales, and effectiveness of marketing strategies.
• Analysing and monitoring digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on performance KPIs to drive executable actions.
• Constant support in the launch of new digital projects such as the app, new website, for example.
• In contact with many department for the execution of every project.
Requisitos:
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Fluent in English
• Office package.
• Analytical skills.
• Comfortable with figures.
• Passion for digital.
• Requires a great deal of autonomy, rigour, liveliness, proactivity, and a desire to take on the world.
• Ability to work as a team.
Horario: From Monday to Friday, from 9h00 to 18h00 with one hour free.
Lugar de trabajo: Madrid
Remuneración: 30.000 -35.000 euros en base a experiencia.
