Funciones:
Objectives
• Develop, execute, and implement both the on-site and off-site SEO strategy
• Research keywords, create content, improve the technical SEO setup
Responsibilities
• Operationally drive both on-site and off-site SEO levers
• Own the SEO strategy, content and technical optimization
• Define keyword and content strategies
• Deliver and own the strategic growth roadmap for the SEO channel
• Monitor and report the performance of the SEO-KPIs and continuously derive optimization measures
• Write SEO content and (as a plus) content for other channels such as SEM and Paid Social
• Together with the website specialist, help building landing pages
• Work closely with the analytics and tech departments as well as the digital media team to fully optimize user journeys
Performance metrics
• Traffic and rankings
• Conversions, conversion rate
• Revenues, average order value (AOV)
• Onsite KPIs (e.g. bounce rate, session duration, etc.)
• Offsite KPIs (e.g. links to website, mentions, etc.)
• Digital marketing KPIs (e.g. reach, amount of clicks)

Requisitos:
WORK EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in on-page, technical and off-page SEO
• Strong experience with tools such as Screaming Frog, Searchmetrics, GSC, Webmaster tool, Google Analytics, etc.

• Good copywriting and creative thinking skills
• Capability to aggregate and analyze data in Excel, and present your learnings/ideas in clear and effective ways
• Good understanding of how the web works, from HTTP to the role of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Actual HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills are a strong plus
• Previous exposure to agile ways of working preferred
