Funciones:
MAIN TASK

Develop the SL Leisure Mainstream Business Line in Spain with the ownership of the targets of the Service Line in revenue and costs.

Responsible for the Go to market, Product management, Marketing actions, Business Analysis and Market insights of the Service Line.

Ensure an excellent Customer Journey and participate in the definition of a Loyalty Program for the Service Line.

MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY

Ownership of the Service Line main KPIs and targets

Responsible for the PNL until MAVC.

Active participation in the definition of the Service Line Budgets and Forecasts

Develop communication channels (reports) with the different departments that are involved for the development of the sales promotion and potentialization plan.

Establish sales scenarios based on the business opportunities identified.

Product development

Develop of the products offer as well as the Use cases definition, Buyer personas identification, products, prices, contribution, promotion and Go to market full strategy

Analyze and define the different niches and clusters of clients to adapt EC products to their needs

Global knowledge of the needs of the leisure and travel segment and customers of the country and define sales strategies for each destination and monitor them.

Define the distribution channels that will be used to market.

Build commercial and marketing local action plan :

Define and execute commercial and marketing action plan

Deploy and implement tactical marketing initiatives to reach expected business performances

Define – commercial planning and crm campaign

Identify strategic partnerships to foster client acquisition and wider our distribution network

Collaborate with other Service Lines to deploy co-marketing actions locally

Negotiation of promotional and sales actions for the brand with strategic partners that help us increase EC’s brand presence and business volume.

Deploy brand footprint locally

Execute marketing plans according to budget rising brand awareness and consideration

Deploy and implement marketing initiatives to support brand awareness

Activate social media platform with the help of Group Creatives and Media agencies

Build and deploy local event and communications plan

Analytics and reporting

Analyse zoning performance reporting to identify gaps vs targets

Participate actively to weekly marketing performance meeting at BU level

Monitor and analyse local market trends

Monitor, analyse and report the performance and results of the Service Line by sales channel

With at least 2 to 3 years of experience
