Funciones:
• Support the effective implementation and delivery of the LOEWE L&D internal offer initiatives by:
– Managing training logistics
– Creating and updating training contents and assets
– Tracking L&D actions and budget
– Supporting any other ad-hoc projects needed to drive a learning and D&I culture
• Draft and design L&D-related employee communication
• Support our new hire onboarding process
• Help to gather and organize metrics for measuring program success and ensuring regular reporting
Requisitos:
• You must be currently enrolled in studies that allow you to sign an internship agreement (convenio de beca) with your university
• If you are from the UE you must have a student NIE. If you are from outside the UE, you need a working permit.
• Interest in fashion & culture and considering a career in Human Resources
• Great attention to detail, pride in the quality of your work
• High level of both Spanish and English, any other languages definitely a plus
• Comfortable with all Microsoft Office programs
Horario: • Our internships run for 6-12 months and the hours will generally be 9am to 6.30pm Mondays to Thursdays and 9am to 3pm on Fridays
